What we collect, and what we don't.
Plain language, no dark patterns. This explains the data corovate.com collects, why, and how to control it.

The short version
We keep data collection to the minimum. We run analytics only if you accept cookies, we use your contact details only to reply to you, and we do not sell your data or use it for advertising. That is the whole of it. The detail follows.
Analytics
If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics to measure traffic: which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, and how the site performs. Analytics does not load at all unless you accept, and declining means no analytics cookies and no data sent.
Google Analytics processes this data on our behalf. See Google's privacy policy for how it handles it.
The contact form
When you use the contact form or email us, we collect your name, email, company (optional), and message. We use this only to read and reply to your inquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not add you to a marketing list.
The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA to filter automated spam, which is subject to Google's privacy policy and terms.
Hosting and logs
The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard server logs, such as IP address and request data, to serve the site securely and reliably. This is ordinary infrastructure logging, not tracking.
Cookies
We use one category of cookie: Google Analytics, and only after you accept. We store your cookie choice in your browser so we do not ask again. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the consent banner back.
The services we rely on
A few trusted providers process data on our behalf: Google (Analytics and reCAPTCHA), Vercel (hosting), and Namecheap Private Email (delivering contact-form messages to us). Each is bound by its own privacy terms.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. For visitors in the EU, UK, and similar regimes, these rights are backed by law. Our legal basis is your consent for analytics and our legitimate interest in replying to you for contact.
To exercise any right, email hello@corovate.com and we will respond.
Keeping and moving data
We keep contact messages only as long as we need them to reply and maintain our records, and we delete them on request. Because our providers are global, your data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States, under the safeguards those providers maintain.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect, we will update this page and its date. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
